Simple Examples Of When We Needed Our Stroller Bell

Situations where our Stroller Bell made life easier...

by admin

Fortunately, we have only had to use our Stroller Bell a handful of times since we have attached it to our stroller.

One of the main problems when walking with a stroller is that the stroller is always the first thing to approcah any blind-corner, crowd, driveway or any other potentially hazardous situation.

We initially decided to add this nifty little safety device to our stroller after a couple of collisions that occured (no fault of our own) where others were unable to hear our voice, and we were unable to see what was around blind corners.

To stop any more of these collisions, bumps and close-calls, we decided to try and place a bike on our stroller, but just could not find one that was able to be attached without slipping and being too loud.

Finally we found a product that was perfect – able to be attached in seconds and held in place with just the perfect sound to alert those close to us, but to not attract any unwanted attention.

Every time we take a stroll through out neighbourhood we encounter many situations where a simple ding of a bell could make things a little safer, and below we have shown some of the things we saw during just one trip to the coffee shop and back.

A Couple Of The Hazards We Came Across This Morning

So, here are just a couple of the examples of the times where we needed our bells while going for our morning walk.

Path Blocked By Removal Truck

Okay, so we know that these people are just doing their jobs, but when it is impossible to see what is on the other side of the truck’s rear-doors, the safest thing for us to do was to approach and give a quick “ding” of our Stroller Bell.

Thankfully, the guys behind the door heard our bell, and opened the doors for us to safely make our way through.

Sometimes it is hard to raise our voices loud enough to be heard, and that is another great benefit of having a stroller bell handy.

Blind Corner Through Narrow Walkway

This is another hazard that we need to negotiate on our way to our morning coffee (first world problems I know).

This laneway intercepts with others walking, running and working.

Make Your Walk That Little Bit Safer With Stroller Bell

While these morning encounters weren’t a lot to deal with, just having the Stroller Bell available to us meant that we did not need to stress.

There are only so many times that you can say “excuse mme” or “coming through” without people hearing you that you will find the Stroller Bell a blessing.

Just a ding, and we are on with our thing.
